By accessing or using Neon Beach Club ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Neon Beach Club provides AI-powered anime production tools including image generation, voice synthesis, video animation, and project management features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership

Content you create using the Service belongs to you, subject to your subscription tier. Commercial license rights are available with the Studio plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. Credit packs purchased separately do not expire.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
